1. Who We Are
FitAI is a fitness planning application available as a web app and Android WebView application. By using FitAI you agree to this Privacy Policy. Questions? Email hi@usefitai.com.
2. Information We Collect
Account info: Email address, display name, fitness goal, fitness level.
Usage data: Workout plans, exercises completed, days finished, badges, streak.
Technical data: IP address (temporarily, for security), browser type, session cookie.
We do not collect payment info, precise location, or access your camera, microphone, or contacts.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data only to:
• Provide and personalise the FitAI service
• Send you a one-time login code via email
• Maintain your session
• Improve the app
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
4. AI & Third-Party Services
FitAI uses the Google Gemini API to generate workout plans. Your fitness goal, level, and chat messages are sent to Google's API. Google's privacy policy applies. We do not send your email or name to Gemini.
FitAI uses Google Fonts which may log your IP per Google's privacy policy.
5. Cookies & Sessions
We use a single HttpOnly session cookie (fit_session) to keep you logged in. It contains only a random token — no personal information. It expires after 30 days. No advertising cookies or tracking pixels are used.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. To delete your account and all data, email hi@usefitai.com and we will process it within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
FitAI is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Android App (WebView)
The FitAI Android app is a WebView wrapper of this web application. It does not collect additional data. It does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, or storage permissions. Data is processed on our web server, not stored locally on the device.
9. Your Rights
You may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data depending on your location. Email hi@usefitai.com to exercise any of these rights.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of FitAI constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using FitAI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Use of the Service
FitAI is for personal, non-commercial fitness planning. You may not scrape or redistribute content, attempt unauthorised system access, or use the service in violation of any applicable law.
3. Health Disclaimer
FitAI provides general fitness information and AI-generated plans for informational purposes only. This is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise programme, especially if you have any health conditions. FitAI accepts no liability for any injury or health issue arising from use of the app.
4. Account Responsibility
You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in FitAI is owned by or licensed to FitAI. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the service without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
